Return Policy

We will gladly replace any book, video, or gift if it is returned in its original condition. All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. The original invoice must accompany all returns. If you do not have the original invoice you must contact our office to receive a return number before you mail in a return. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged only on orders sent within the State of California and New York. Charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Payment Methods

Leftbooks.com accepts Credit Cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with leftbooks.com. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We (leftbooks.com) reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you that ordered of any item. All orders placed over $200.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Leftbooks.com is a reseller and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by leftbooks.com.

Shipping

Orders are sent via First Class US Postal Service for national (U.S) orders. International orders are sent via USPS surface unless other arrangements are made. If you want your order to arrive in another way please indicate the method in the notes section on the order blank. You will be charged more for this service.
